OUR STORY
In 2021, Jimmy Coops was launched when James and Elissa Cooper from Lakeman Brewing Co team partnered with two of Taupo’s renowned restaurateurs Vaughan and Lee Nairn to create something special on the lakefront. With a vision to serve craft beer alongside delicious burgers and street eats, Jimmy Coops was established as the home of Lakeman beer. Just a short drive from the brewery and farm, Jimmy Coops offers a fun and friendly experience where locals and visitors can enjoy the freshest beer and most delicious burgers, all while soaking in Taupo's stunning lake views.
