OUR STORY
After many years making award-winning beers at other New Zealand breweries, Head Brewer Jason
Bathgate & his wife Monica Mead started Aliment Brewing to make the beers they love & to have fun doing
it.
What sets us apart?
Jason brings an informed palate & a wealth of knowledge to the brew house. Our beers reflect this with a
range that suits anyone who likes good beer. Whether it's our gold medal-winning lager, hoppy New
Zealand IPA or a trad English-style cask beers, we strive to keep flavour & quality at the forefront.

Our lineup is diverse, so whether it's a Lager, a juicy IPA or an Ordinary Bitter, the thing we're known for is
just making good, drinkable beer. We love beer as much as our fans!
