How we started
In essence, Three Sisters Brewery is a husband-and-wife team (Joe and Sarah) who brew boutique craft beer in our garage in coastal Taranaki. Our meticulous approach and respect for quality ingredients produce an exciting range of craft beers that are distinctive, fresh and remarkable. Our staple offerings, Oakura Blonde, Rain in the Face APA, and Taranaki Gold are sold at various outlets locally.
Most famous style
Three Sisters has been brewing commercially since April 2017 after winning the first Taranaki SOBA Homebrew Competition in 2015 with 'Rain In The Face'. We've been selling our beers mainly in Oakura and at The Hour Glass (New Plymouth) on our 50L-set-up. Toward the end of 2017, we won a silver medal at the Brewers Guild Awards again with 'Rain In The Face'.
