How we started
Our brewery is located near the beach in Gisborne. Our state-of-the-art, steam powered brewhouse produces 2500L of beer per batch under the watchful eye of our brewery Manager, Dave Huff. We may be New Zealand’s oldest independent brewery but our equipment and processes are cutting edge. Our beer is tested and tasted every step of the way to make sure it reaches you tasting as good as it can. A hard job but someone’s got to do it, Makes up for missing all those surfing days.
