How we started

It all started over a drink...three friends from Cambridge, NZ (one tall, one short and one ginger) hanging out in the sun after work reminiscing about the gingerbeer our grandad’s used to make in their sheds back in the day. It was then we came up with the idea to create an ode to grandad’s gingerbeer – an alcoholic gingerbeer that not only tasted a bit different but was proud to be ginger.
