How we started

Gadoochi cider first began when our small orchard in Central Otago began producing more fruit than we knew what to do with, producing cider seemed like the most logical thing to do. Cider was such a hit it was only a matter of time before a brewery was built in an old art deco ex bank building in the heart of Invercargill city.

What sets us apart

Gadoochi cider is made from freshly juiced apples from Central Otago and yeast, hops for our beers are sourced locally from 

Garston.
