How we started

Head brewer Stuart was inspired by the Brew Scene in Austin Texas when on his OE. He came back, recruited some friends and started brewing in the garage. Time, experimentation and determination lead Stuart to take the leap onto the commercial scene and set up a Brewery in Morningside, Auckland.

What sets us apart

We brew on a really small scale for a commercial brewery. We work with a 300L brewhouse, meaning we have freedom to experiment with small batches. We have four core beers that are absolute crowd pleasers , and on top of that we brew a regular rotation of limited edition seasonal beers.
