How we started

Escaping from a life in IT, and a result of 20 years of beer obsession, Greig and Phil started Brewaucracy in 2011. We're not hip and

trendy. We don't make beers because they sell. We brew an eclectic mix of styles, with a love of lagers, European styles, and the

occasional boring trendy IPA!

We love beer that tastes like beer. We try to stay true to ourselves, rather than just "brewing what sells", which means you're likely to

find rare or disregarded styles on tap on the regular!
